1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Criene mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Criene is a productivity and habit-tracking application designed for high performers. It includes features such as Daily Logs, Reflections, Iron Rules, PAS metrics, and AI roadmap tools ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update the Service at any time.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and agree not to use the App to:

• Engage in illegal activity or unauthorized access attempts.
• Upload malicious code or disrupt infrastructure systems.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features are accessible via paid Pro subscriptions. Billing and auto-renewals are handled directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store via RevenueCat in accordance with their standard store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Criene application, code, interface designs, and logos belong to Criene. You retain full ownership of your user-generated content (reflections, tasks, and rule entries).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
